Thanks D-Bo! Still need to touch up on a lot of my stand up cardio and technique, but a lot of thanks goes to Mikee for the coaching..

hahhahaa!! Yeah man it was my first kickboxing tourney and I wasn't planning on it to go so hot, so I wasn't tryin to have hella people over there spectating just incase I got knocked out like Brett Rogers
