Marcelo Garcia will be teaching a two day seminar at Kaijin MMA July 18th and 19th. Saturday the 18th will be Gi, Sunday the 19th will be No-Gi.

I've used this technique with all 3 of my boys and it has always seemed to work well. Funny that the Gracies would post a vid of this.
